Overhead projector replacement?
We have a classroom here that does not work well with standard overhead projectors. The front table is too close to the screen and the next table back is too far. So what I'm looking for is some sort of flatbed-type device that will allow a professor to stand off to one side, write on a transparency on this device, and have it projected through our ceiling-mounted digital projector. I can't say that I've ever seen such a device, but I would think they could exist. It would be close to a scanner, but deliver real-time projection as the instructor or professor wrote on it.
Anyone have any ideas? Has anyone here worked in a high-tech classroom or presentation room with something along these lines?
