Got a call from a user yesterday saying that he couldn't print any emails in outlook. When I took a look at his machine I discovered that if the email was in Text or Rich Text format he could print them just fine but if the email was in HTML format then they refuse to print.
No error message. No nothing. You can click the print icon and nothing happens. Similarly if you go through the file menu and select print, nothing happens. Normally it would bring up a print properties screen.
I've tried comparing his print setup to other users and have yet to find any differences that jump out at me...yet other users apparently don't have any problems printing out their emails. That or they aren't complaining...hmmm...
Anyways...anyone ever seen this before or know how to fix it? Thanks!
Ps. He's using Outlook 2000.
