IE Favorites

My dad would like to organise his IE favorites, he has thousands, and the easiest way for him would be to print them out as a long list (including URL's) on paper.

Is there any way to do this?

(IE 6.0 & Win XP).

File --> Import and Export
Follow the stupid wizard (I hate wizards) to export favorites

This will create a HTML file filled with the URL's and titles...

Good luck organizing though, not sure if there is an application that does this other than IE's bookmark manager.
