I don't know about the specific temperatures for that particular FX 5600, but just overclock it slowly and test in between. Stop when you start seeing corrupted picture.

I cant remember the stock speeds, but temp is not a big worry. Like slinky says, just start moving up the speeds about 5-10mhz at a time. If it freezes, restarts, or the picture gets discombobulated, set it down to the last OC and leave it.

Mine (PixelView 5600 256MB) is currently running at 361x661. I've had it as high at 371x673 in a better ventilated case, but the card is now in a Dell case. Hope that helps a little.

Hey real quick whenever I try oc' my card and I get it too high so I see antimibobers (whats the name again? Brain fart) I back it down but I have to restart my computer for them to go away...

Yah slowly increase the speed...I will try to find a program like atitool and see if it is made to work on nvidia cards.

Go to: Guru3d and look for a file called: NVHardPage.

It's an NVidia tweaker, that integrates with your driver display control panel, it will autosense what the max overclocking your 5600FX can take.

I use it presently for my 5600FX.

But be aware that this IS overclocking, so there still a possibility you can fry your card. You may just want to take your card manually up to that OC point step by step-by-step just to be safe.
