"Play all" in Windows XP

Hi

I have a large amount of music on my pc, and normally use the music task option on the left hand side, "play all" but for some reason when I click on "play all" it does not respond.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what it can be? If I am to select all the files and hit return it opens them all in Media Player fine, but I have always been able to use "Play All" in the past but has suddenly stopped working. I am using Windows XP Home fully service packed with all updates, media player 9

One time that happened to me but it stopped when i found out that in the folder i had music i had some different files like pictures and word documents so if you try play all it might not work. I solved the problem by having opne kind of files in the folder.
