Sound Problems

Alright... So I got my video drivers updated (http://www.techimo.com/forum/showthr...hreadid=102456)

but now I'm having a problem with the sound. I have an onboard sound card, and an Audigy LS PCI card installed as well. I've disabled the onboard card in my bios, but linux still seems to recognise it and use it. This is not what I want. I'm trying to get the Audigy card to be my default card. Any idea?

I am not a Linux user. In Windows you can disable devices in device manager like on board sound allowing your new card to operate. I would assume something similar is available in Linux.
