3d appls. photoshop 7 question

hey, does any one here know the most easiest , userfriendly programs to make 3d applications.

for example. i has a pic or a car, i want to try and make a 3D version or it. i have a pic of the car front, back, sides, and top.

and also with photo shop 7. i have a pic of a car also and i wanna change the color of the car. who. cause some times i see pics of cars whihc people do and have different color versions of it,

depends what its for... if its a still i'd recreate it using gradient meshes in illustrator... for 3d i use maya and its reletively easy if you have a side view and front and top view using polygons..... but you still gotta learn the interface..
