advanced onboard USB questions

This is what my laptop shows under USB in Device Mangler:

Universal Serial Bus Controllers:
  • Intel 82801DB/DBM USB 2.0 Enhanced Host Controller - 24CD
  • Intel 82801DB/DBM USB Universal Host Controller - 24C2
  • Intel 82801DB/DBM USB Universal Host Controller - 24C4
  • Intel 82801DB/DBM USB Universal Host Controller - 24C7
  • USB Root Hub
  • USB Root Hub
  • USB Root Hub
  • USB Root Hub

Does this mean that it actually supports more than two onboard USB ports?

It only has two ports available and I know that there won't be a header on the inside, but I am interested in adding an internal USB device(wireless mouse reciever). I'm just wondering if it's theoretically possible to solder another USB header onto the main board. Any thoughts other than "You're crazy"?

the chipset it is using probobally supports more ports on desktop boards but on a laptop to add a header you would probobally need traces to the chipset to add some headers so while it is posible for someone who is very skilled (like that they could make a motherboard) it is unreasonable for a home user to do that
