You can buy one of these...
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...122-180&depa=0
Its main purpose is a TV/Video Capture card, but it also has an FM tuner bulit in. Works quite well. I have two pcs with similar cards in them (the deluxe version rather than the expert version). The deluxe is a little bit older than the "expert' but I assume it works just the same

rickytim,
Ive had a number of tv tuner/fm cards including my latest that VHockey86 likned to.

If you do a search at some online retailers you may find some fm only cards, but I gotta tell ya for the price of that leadtek it might be worth it to you to have the tv options available as well

One thing about the leadtek tv/fm card, you can also record fm radio in various formats including wma, and mp3.

Laterz,
dafanman

I use the Compro TV/FM Gold plus http://www.comprousa.com/products/vmtvgoldplus.htm

It does a ton of things TV/Video wise including listening to/watching and recording FM and TV plus editing and recording to disc (comes with an antenna and remote) it was about $60 at Newegg...

Many older WinTV PCI cards include a FM tuner, such as the one I am listening to right now.

You can pick up a WinTV PCI Stereo FM for under $40 these days.
