wmv to mpeg

I'm back again. This time if anyone can help me to convert wmv to mpeg. I want to put wmv files onto a dvd. I just need the files in a format that can be put onto a standard dvd.

Not many programs that I use like to work with the WMV format. Have you tried opening it in the Windows XP movie maker and having it save as another format like AVI? From there your DVD Software should be able to work with it or you could use a freeware tool like TMPGenc to convert it.
