NEW BOARD (INTEL D875PBZ), NEW PROCESSOR (3.2 GIG WITH H/T), NEW EVERYTHING
P/S= ANTEC 550W TRUEBLUE
CORSAIR XMS LL 3200 DDR400 1GIG 2X512

1ST BUILD, NO BEEP CODES EVEN TRYING TO BOOT WITH ONLY
PROCESSOR AND MOBO JUST TO TRY AND GET AN ERROR CODE.
I HAVEN'T TRIED REMOVING BATTERY YET. LED LIGHT DOES COME ON MOBO WITH MEMORY IN.
I'VE TRIPLE CHECKED THE CASE HEADER HOOKUPS AND I'VE BEEN METICULOUS ABOUT GUARDING AGAINST STATIC.
WHAT ARE THE CHANCES WITH ALL THE QUALITY CONTROL AT INTEL OF GETTING A BD MOBO OR PROCESSOR. I REALLY HATE TO
TAKE THE PROCESSOR OFF.

ANY ADVISE?

PS, MGE UV BLUE ACRYLIC CASE

LINK WILL SHOW THE MOBO FROM A FEW ANGLES

first things first...you must have your memory installed as well as a video card if needed for the board to boot. Second thing is to clear the cmos either with the jumpers or by removing the battery. The jumper might also already be set to clear.

I'd start by trying to check the board outside the case. Set it up on a book or something similar then hook-up all the needed components {cpu.hs/fan, memory, vid card ect} clear the cmos and then try to get it to boot.

Along RicheemxX's line of thought, make certain that the 'Clear CMOS' jumper is in the correct position (verify at the mobo manufacturer's website in the event the owner's manual and/or mobo silk-screening are misprinted... it has happened before)

As RicheemxX indicated, remove board from case (eliminates the possibility of a grounding short), and with just CPU, HS/Fan, 1 stick mem and video card, try to boot. Make sure the CP's fan is connected to the CPU Fan header on the mobo (some mobos can be set to refuse to boot if they do not detect a working/spinning fan connected to the mobo CPU Fan header).

If still nothing at all, switch PSs and retry. If a known working PS can't boot this minimal setup outside the case, then I'd suspect a bad mobo first.... dead CPU second.

Edit PS: Is the PS voltage selection switch (110 v 220) in the correct position?
