What ever happened to RePlay ?

Iss it near extinction in the Post "No commercials" era?

how do their machines --and service --compare to TIVO?


Are any of the old "no commercials" models still aound ? Does that feature work ?

Errr..RePlay, no one ?

Tghe reason I want to know is: rather record all the X-Files than buy them;

but can't stand commercials , which is why I buy or rent.

But at $130 a Season, well.....

So rePlay would be Kool if it still had the No Commercial feature.

but almost as good, some way of tagging the beginning/ending of Commercial to fast forward with surgical precesion.

That would be nice.

Anyone have TIVO ?

Set up their Computer with PVR HW/SW ? An acceptable substitute ?
