logitech Z560 HELP

I have just acquired my Z560, and I have many reivews about the sub blowing, I have two questiosn I hope you all can answer
1) how should I go abotu "breaking in" my system
2) How hard can I push this thing, w/o the sub going to hell, like 50%....plzz help me out here, thanx for taking the time to read this and hopefully respond too, thanx again

My advice would be keep the sub settings on mid to low(either on the sub or on the computer EQ) and you should be fine pretty much cranking them all the way up

thanx for the info, i hace also realized that i have got the 2nd edition one( it has the logtech symbol on the sub driver) soo this one will not be soo prone to blowing

Hehe, I turn it all the way up with the set in Best Buy

pshh... if u blow it then send it back to logitech and they will give u a new set.

My friend recently lost his right rear channel on his Logitech z-680's (this is after having them for about 8-10 months) and he called logitech and they told him to send back to pod thingy and that when he got his new pod to throw away the old speakers... LMAO so now he has 1 pod and 10 satellites, and 2 subs...now he just has to find a way to split the connection so that he can be running both sets at the same time mwahahhaha

thats pretty cool, but hopefully I will never have any problems with my Z560, but as with all electonics, something bad is bound to happen....
