I'm confused.. the $.01 goes to the person who you send the money to? I'd accept all the spam in the world, then. I wouldn't have to open it, I'd be rich in no time!
This will never happen. We don't pay for postal service access, we pay for the delivery. We pay for internet access, delivery of information comes with it. We pay for cell phone service, placing a call comes with it.

if I pretend this is remotely possible, the amount of message boards will be in the billions. Just post a message to someone's personal board, and they reply with one to yours. Or have a live, always updating java window for conversation. Or just IM them.
