Printer and outlook express help

Hey guys,

Here is the scenario:
one HP 4300 Laser Jet, connected via Paralle to an IBM runing 2000 Pro, and sharing that printer.

I have 6 systems runing 2000 Pro and XP Pro printing to that printer. Everything prints fine but e-mails from outlook express.
Any e-mail printed has its first most and last most character cut off. Seems like the margins are too small for the e-mail.

Now when I print from the IBM that is directly pluged into the printer there is no problem.
When I print to a network printer, an HP2300 with a Jet Direct card, there is no problem.

I have tried both the PCL 6 and PCL5e drivers and still no go.

Only thing I have yet to try is to use Outlook, and to set that printer up with a Jet Direct card (no network line going there tho)

Any ideas of why this is happening and how to fix it?
