I think Tweak UI has an option to make the admin account appear in start up so you can run it in normal mode.

You can always try since these tools are free.

These tools have been around for a while now. Some of them are really useful, others arent. Some are even crap (one of them that changes to a more 'modern' way of switching programs with ALT + TAB)
