aka you'd like to spam a lot of people from the telephone book?

If you own the phone directory then generally pretty easy
if you're just looking to get the phone book database from verizon to spam then we can't help you.

and please don't type in caps
No point in yelling most of us aren't hard of hearing.

Or do you prefer to call it "Broadcast mail"?

Ok, guys, easy now. No one has answered his question.

KTW, what telephone book are you talking about? I hope you're not referring to a paper telephone book. What is your source data?

ktw, the only thing I can think of is if you have phone book software available to you like like we have here in the US.
I've used a program called InfoUSA. You can download business' by your criteria and then export them to an excel program as a comma delimited file, or create a mailing list.

The InfoUSA software is a Sales lead generating program.
You can glean business names addresses and phone numbers.
Perhaps if you look for some business software that will help you increase your sales and contact lists you'll find one like it where you live.

Business.com
Hoovers business information

Wow after searching around I couldn't find any software programs with all phone listings on them like there used to be, dosen't mean you can't but I couldn't. They all charge for their information per use.. sorry.

If you have a directory, a good scanner, and a good OCR program, you might be able to do it that way.
