password protect printing

Is there some way that I can password protect printing. What I want is that everytime someone tries to print something, they need to enter a password. Is there any utility or something in windows that will let me do this.

Maybe this will help:

http://www.resnet.mtu.edu/networkinfo/secreps/fps.php

At the very bottom of the page.

I dunno if it applies or not.

If its a network printer, if you right click the printer there will be a security tab. Add/Remove domain users...
If you're on a domain (not a workgroup) there is no need for putting passwords on items as that only increases risk (passwords are typically wrote down and can be easily lost).
If its on a domain, use the domain for security.
