control panal won't open

I am having trouble trying to open control panal or my computer. When ever i double click on any of those two icon i get nothing. Everything else opens up except for those two, please help!

I get a message thats saids....Explorer caused an invalid page fault in module MSIESH.DLL at 016f:018e4236 when ever i try to open up control panal please help!

please post the windows verison you are using and the specs.

did you install anything onto your computer before this message appeared?

I had that happen to me back when I had 98 (long ago). I never found a fix for it and ended up wiping my system out and reinstalling.
