Kodak DC240 Webcam capabilities?

Does anyone know if i could use the Kodak DC240 as a webcam?

I am running Win98 and i am using usb to connect the comp n cam together.

I've done it with my other Olympus but i cant figure this one out.

and yes i do have the cam software installed that came with it.
