Help! ... Netscape is driving me nutz!

Fellow Members:

I spent several hours last evening putting together the home page of a web site for my synagogue. Using a friend's advice, I used Netscape composer which made my job a lot easier (instead of writing everything out in "longhand" on MS Notepad).

However: after completing my index and making certain all of my graphics were in the appropriate folder on my hard drive, I uploaded everything to my server. I continue to get the old or previous web site when I utilize Netscape. When I opened up the very same site using IE and it came out the way it was supposed to come out! Why is Netscape showing one-page while MS Internet Explorer shows an entirely different (proper and updated) web page?

If anyone knows, does Netscape have some sort of code that only it recognizes? I cannot figure this out and I just cannot spend all of my time working on this web page.

I would really appreciate any help figuring this out. Perhaps one of you more experienced web page composers know what I'm talking about and have experienced this problem.

Thank you very much in advance for any assistance you can render!

No ... I didn't know I had to

1. how do I clear the cache, please?

2. I just now noticed - though I don't know if the matters - that if I type "index.HTM" at the end of the address, Netscape works.

But this does not seem like it should be ...

Would you kindly explain how to clear the cache?

Should be under . . .

Edit
Preferences

I can't remember exactly what it's under then, but look for "cache" or "advanced" maybe. It's the same as Mozilla and I don't have either on this laptop. I do have Firefox (which sux IMO) but that is different from Mozilla's settings.

Now that I've rambled on . . .
