Reporting infected SBC customers

Does anyone know the correct address, phone number, or other method to use to report infected SBC internet customers to? Their abuse@sbc.com address won't accept the forwarded message (because the virus is attached), but I don't want to forward it without the evidence. I need to touch base with someone there.

They could not care less about that stuff. They must have thousands of infected customers. They won't do a thing about it.

Thanks for your attempt to help, Mntsnow. I actually ended up doing a Arin.Net whois to get the best contact (and I got through to a professional services contact at 5am).

M_six, don't allow yourself to feel defeated so easily. Who knows what could come out of trying.

Mystikal, if you continue to be stumped on this, let me know (PM me or something). I've got a buddy at SBC who's so far up in Human Resources that I can't even see him. He can find the right person for me if needed.
