Unwanted dual boot.

HI Guys, for reasons too long to go into now I ended up with XP pro on 2 separate hard drives,C & D. I was given a choice to which one I wanted at start up. I kept C. So I formatted D and it still gives me the choice at startup.
I was wondering how do I get rid of the second boot offer.
Thanks.

You need to edit your boot.ini file and get rid of the second one.
