A good web page upload site?

i need to find a good uploading site for my new webpage that i have made.

the site needs to
- be able to download a 4.5mb file
- support microsoft frontpage XP

believe it or not i have already uploaded 1 copy at www.netfirms.com (see it here)


this is the page with the download

and most importantly it has to be free

I'm not sure if this will work for ya.The bandwidth may be a problem with a file that big.
