DDR Memory questions

I've been searching for memory online at newegg.com and I've been seeing some spec's that I don't know the meanings to!
What is ECC and what does it do?
what does Registered/Unbuffered mean?
what's Cas Latency?
What's support voltage?
what's organization mean? (like this: 64M x 64 -Bit)

If you could, please give me as much information on these as you know, this would help me pick out memory for my computer, thanks you!

will a mobo that supports DDRII also support DDRI?

afaik there are no motherboards that support ddr2 yet but if there are i'd like to see them...the slots on these will not be the same but the first motherboards will most likley come with slots for each type of ram like the transition from sdr to ddr boards had...this way you can put your current ddr1 memory in the board and then later upgrade to ddr2 which in turn will let you upgrade to a board with only ddr2
