128 Memory stick limit?

Hey guys! heres my problem! I got this MB to put more RAM but I can't find any 128 PC100 sticks! I think it runs on 100 frequency and it won't accept 256 pc133/pc100 sticks! it recgonizes it as 128 only! Now my question is: Will it accept 128 PC133? Becasue I can`t find any PC100!!! (specs below)
Now my second question for a different PC. I'm trying to install a 80 GB HD in a old PC(not so old) M748LMRT MB and it cant be seen by its BIOS! Is it just a matter of upgrading the BIOS? Thanks!

Im not really sure but I think I read somewhere that the newer pc133 will not work in place of the pc100. The older modules would work but not the newer ones.

Did you try crucial.

Intel 440BX can not handle SDRAM chips (the individual chips!) larger than 128 Mbit. That means, you may use single-sided eight-chip 128-MByte DIMMs, as well as double-sided 16-chip 256-MBytes. Anything larger, as well as anything with fewer chips on, won't work.

Speed grade doesn't matter, as long as it's fast enough - PC100 or faster.
