Can't load visual theme

I downloaded a visual theme from themexp.org and it worked fine a few months ago. But then I reformatted and now I try to use the same theme, and it doesn't work. It stays in the XP theme but takes away the default background wallpaper. Anybody know how to fix this annoyance?

I forgot to patch uxtheme.dll. You can download the patcher here.
