Stuck on Vietcong-Alpha Fist

Help!!! I can't find a walk through anywhere.

I'm stuck on the mission where I'm supposed to destroy the artillery. I'm up to the point where I'm supposed to get the radio tent without being detected. If I let the leader go he and we always get detected and the mission fails. If I hold them and try to sneak ahead I still get detected and the mission fails.

I've tried different options dozens of times. No matter what the alarm goes off and the mission fails.
