Named anchors not working on IE or AOL

Hi,

I used Mozilla Composer to make a few pages. On one page I made a bunch of links which target named anchors on another page. When I click on the link, it sends me to the page but it doesn't set to the anchor. Everything works fine in Mozilla broswer but not IE or AOL. Links that target anchors on the same page work in any broswer just not links on another page.

What is wrong?
