What does each rail power ?
I was wondering if anyone knew a site that lists what each rail on a PSU powered. When I used speedfan and sandra to monitor voltages, my -5V turned out 3.45-3.50.

if your -5 is that far off, i'd suggest a new power supply, as that voltage is used by the motherboard...

The motherboard heat and voltage recording systems (like Motheboard Monitor etc.) are not accurate at all.
Do you even know what is the wattage size of your PSU that you have now?... how old is it?... they do go bad from over heating, over time.
Try this website.

The PSU is the raidmax 420w that came with the case and in the bios it only says +5V voltage but not the -5, so i'm not that sure.
And the PSU is less than have a year old.
