windows 95 compatable firewall?

where can I download windows 95 compatable firewall. Zone alarm is not compatable with 95 (already tried). Is there a free version of somthing I could use like zone alarms free download?

Dont know about this for sure but I think Sygate's free firewall is compatible with Windows 95. But it will be hard finding a free firewall for this OS nowadays, if Sygate's isnt compatible. By the way is it for a friend or do you use Windows 95?

i have a laptop that i will be using temporarily while i part out my desktop pc and it has win 95, can't upgrade any higher, but i will be connecting staight to the internet through cable modem (no router) and don't know if it's appsolutly neccessary to use a firewall or not. But just havn't been able to find a compatable one yet.
