OK, first of all... Having both Intel and PC Chips on a comparison chart would be ludicrous. PC Chips is not even worth looking at, especially for a 3.0 Ghz P4!

Just do a search on this forum for 'pc chips' and read for yourself.

As for some suggestions, go for one of these:

Intel D875PBZ

or

Asus P4P800 Deluxe

I would never buy a PC chips, but I always start with an expensive MB. Intel is the other extreem, expensive and stable as a rock, but not overclockable. I use Abit and Asus. you have to also concider the chip set. One of my Abits has an Intel chip and is very stable, but is only a little overclockable. My other Abit has an Nforce for my Barton 2500+ and is very overclockable.

Ive used Asus p4p800 deluxe in 2 builds recently and have had great success both times. Seems to be a really nice motherboard and it wont dent your wallet too bad.
