In-Destructable Spyware?

Hiya

Been having a load of problems with spyware of late. This one must of been with some software or something becuase it has changed alot of settings. I cannot change my homepgae anymore, every time i restart it after ive changed, it comes up with "your24/7search.com" or something, i cannot change the favorates at all and ive got loads of rubbish likes like healthcare etc... Ive got a proccess running that seems suspcious and i cannot kill it or kill its tree with the task managers. Ive used adware and spybot against it and it still won't shift it.

I just wanted to know if any of you guys knew any miricle spyware remover by any chance?

Thanks

heres the best spyware removal:
"format c:"

Sometimes if spybot/adaware dont do the trick the easiest/quickest thing to do is just reload the OS (unless u have a crapload of stuff to backup). Another alternative would be to system restore / "repair" to a point you knew it was fine.

On a side note, have u tried running spybot/adaware in safemode, or tried a "diagnostic" startup with msconfig? This might prevent whatever spyware is there from loading on bootup so u can try and remove it. Make sure your scanners are fully updated and you might want to try an online virus scan like Trend Micro too

Run a registry cleaner, too.
