I'd say lose it. I skip most, if not all, flash intro's anyway.

How about a cookie of some sort that remembers your preference (i.e. always skip)?

Although I do like Flash in general, I would skip it. Its cool that you have your logo animated in flash once you get passed the intro. I would maybe work on making your menus and/or part of your content tied in with Flash.

i'd say lose it, simple and elegant sites are the way to go IMO.

Thanks! All of the Flash you mentioned was done years ago when I first experimented with Flash.. eventually I got tired of it because I wasn't able to create what I wanted so I just left it there. The Flash menu+content idea I thought about at the same time I finished those experimental ones but I didn't know where to start or how visitors would react to having to deal completely with Flash to navigate the site.

If you have taken a look past the intro, could you maybe offer a few ideas on things you would like to see changed?

Send a message via ICQ to Agent_Embryo
The popups blocked out the whole Flash Intro, so I never got to see it.
