WMP wont play DVD

ive always been able to play dvds in windows media player, but now it says theres a problem with the digital copyright protection. its even the same DVD i used before and i wont work.

i had exactly the same problem.......i just went and bought power dvd

Cyrus: Are you sure you didn't have some kind of DVD player program in place when WMP worked ? I've only ever seen WMP deal w/ DVDs when you have PowerDVD or some other DVD player installed. To be precise, I've only noticed DVDs play under WMP w/ XP.
