Kids Window size .... ??

My XP brouser was getting slower and slower to load so I removed a few
of the non critical programs from my start-up list. Whether this is what
created my problem or not, I don`t know, but now when I open a secondary
or any following windows, they do not open full screen width .... only about
2/3 of the screen. The main window always opens full width, it`s only when
I click on a site within that window that I have my problem ..... ???

Welcome to TechIMO

When you open a second window:

1. Close the first one
2. Hold the Ctrl key
3. "Drag" the second one to full size
4. While still holding the Ctrl key click File Close

Windows "should" remember the setting.

If the slowdown is browser relaited, Spybot and Ad-Aware can usually fix that.

Misc PROBLEM SOLVED >>>>

Well, THAT was quick !!!, thanks Steve , that solved my problem.
And thanks you too , Stroyal, for your suggestion. After reading
through other posts on here I have learnt to keep my Adaware,
Spybot, anti-virus and ZoneAlarm up to date and run daily.
