I think i have been hacked
I am pretty sure that i have been hacked, all of the letters on my computer have been converted to some weird ass symbols, and its extremly hard to navigate around my computer. When my computer wouldnt boot i knew something was wrong, it had to restart and then ask if it should go into safe mode or normal startup. Right now, i just want to try to get the letters back and backup some of my stuff, then im just going to wipe the drive. It appears this has also spread to my backup drives so im going to have to wipe them all. I wish i could post a screenshot, but the ss wont save....... |

Could the solution be as simple as some of your fonts getting corrupted?

try booting into safe mode.
It looks like something messed up your Localization settings for fonts/etc.
What you can't read that?!

Looks like the code you see when you open a file with Notepad and can't read it.
