Outlook XP experts please view

When our CEO is off-line (airplane) and replys to e-mails in his inbox , they show in his outbox ready to send.

When he gets to the office and logs in the e-mails show being sent.

But they aren't received.

He is using Office XP and we are currently on Exchange 5.5.

Any thoughts or ideas to remedy this ????

That's weird.

I always train my users to manually hit send and recieve after they come back online after doing work online. It eliminates most of the problems you run into with Offline PST files.

have you gone into exchange and tried tracking the messages?

Tools --> Track Messages.
Choose your server
Check the message "From: " <CEO user>
Then find now.
See if the messages are in there.
If they are, track them and see where they went.

Did you ever get this fixed?

And are you using .ost files or are you setting up the .pst's to synchronize via offline file setting using Windows Explorer (which is a pretty much an unworkable solution BTW).
