Easiest Graphics program to use?

Hey fellers!


My coworker is getting frustrated...trying to do basic color fill-ins using Paint, but it's not working out well. What is the easiest graphics program I can download for her to try so that she can do what she needs to do? I do not want to attempt to explain Photoshop...

Might be worth a try.

I think the most "user friendly" program for novice users is MS Picture it Publishing, but then again, I thought paint was pretty simple.
