Restore a user profile in Win XP.

Is it possible to restore a user profile after you delete it? I think if you do a system restore it will come back, but is there any other quick and easy way? Thanks!

set up a new one like your old one.............

I have a new one set up. I need to bring the old one back to troubleshoot some problems that existed under that old user profile. I should have made a copy but wasn't thinking ahead.
