Difference between these two procs?

Got a question from my brother about a couple processors that he's looking at.

Quick question, what is the difference between model # AXDA2800DKV4D and model # AXP2800OEM? I've e checked AMD web site but no luck on the second model #.

Off the top of my head, I'd say that the first set of letters is the stepping, next is the power rating...but what does the DKV4D stand for? I'm pretty sure what OEM stands for.

Here's another question for you guys...are either of these chips good at overclocking?

The OEM is the processor by itself.
"unboxed" technically just the CPU by it self. All retail boxed amd processors sell with fan/heatsing for the cpu.

The AXDA2800DKV4D is the retail packaged cpu.

When I run the numbers into the search engine on resllers I get the same cpu. the axda2800.

OEM = 1year wrnty BOXED = 3 year wrnty, On top of that it never hurts to have a stock fan around the house.
