Testing HDD and/or RAID setups

Well I read a review of my MoBo from HardOP.com and I was a little dissapointed. It said that my VIA RAID chipset is pretty pathetic. I wanted to run a test to see for myself if mine is the same or different. They incuded a screenshot of the results Hot-linked image removed.

I was wondering if anyone could provide me a link to the software they used or software like it that tests HDD? The link they provided was bogus.

EDIT: Sorry checked the link again and it is not bogus but underconstruction. Still ANYONE have other software that does the same kind of testing?
