Dual Videocards = No Network

I just installed a 3DFX Voodoo 3 PCI card in my rig for my Dual monitor setup...it worked right away, but my NIC (3Com 3c905 c or b, can't remember) disappeared from the system.

I'm trying to find what causes it. The NIC is in the PCI slot just below the 3DFX card. I'm sure that if I take the extra videocard out again it'll work. But I want this setup to work, so if anyone has any ideas, please post them.

Nevermind I found out what happened. The NIC had slipped out of place in the PCI slot.
I moved the 3DFX to a different slot.
