SRPMS or i386

I'm wanta try out fedora and i notice they have SourceRPM's and i386 binaries. If i download the SRPMS does it have the same installer and everything, but just compiles everything while installing? or is it just the source and no installer? Thanx.

Yep what PB said, Fedora is an rpm distro which means it's a little easier to keep track of apps that you have intalled, and also it makes it easier to install/uninstall applications. Compiling code would give you a more optimized application for your machine... just download the i386 binaries .

OR if they have an i586 (pentium) version, I'd download that, but it wouldn't make much of a difference.
