You will basically have to do everything... insane stunt, find all hidden package, blab, blab, and blab... you know what i mean!! Dude.. you know me, you could've asked me!!
have you completed rampages? collected all hidden packages? made all the jumps? delivered all the pizza? Vigilante, firefighter and ambulance missions up to lvl 12?
