Mac ???

Hi all,
As some of you know, I've been unemployed since October last year. I was a Personal assistant/tech support person for 6.5 yrs.

Today I was informed that I am to interview at a place in Simi Valley, CA. They deal in mainly Mac's, whilst I have had some experience with them it does not amount to a good placement.

Is there any where I can go on the web that list trouble shooting techniques for OS 9 and 10?. I have searched, but have found very little, so I thought why not ask the community at TechImo.

I have used some of those links to help out the only mac user on our network from time to time, i have bookmarked the rest.
