Gigabyte MOBO question. SYS Fan or Power Fan?

I just recently got a Gigabyte GA-8IPE1000 Series mobo and have a question.

Ill be hooking it up soon, and have no general problems, until i noticed 2 similar plugs on the mobo 'Power Fan' and 'System Fan'

they are two male plugs (just like the kind you would plug your cpu fan into (i already have that plugged into its appropriate slot)
...but anyways, these 2 plugs are on the front of the board.

The only thing the manual says, and it says it for BOTH slots, is :

"This connector allows you to link with the cooling fan on the system case to lower the system temperature''

My PSU only has one of these (compatible plugs, as i assume that is normal)

does it make a difference which one i plug into?

thanks for the help.

I would plug the PSU fan into the "Power Fan" plug.

The "System Fan" plug is for a case fan if you have one w/ the 3-pin connector.
