Outdoors HELP! CDRW Drive is giving me ISSUES!

Ok, I am not sure if anyone is able to help me here, but...

I am running NERO and an ARTEC WRR-52Z, and the drive is less than a month old, and already, I am having issues burning. I thought I knew what was happening, but it seems that after going through 5 cd's, it's being a pain in my butt!!!

So far, when I try and burn any type of cd, be it data, or music or anything, it is coming up with errors once the cd is done burning, and it says some files cannot be read. I have tried the files, and they are fine. Checked for viruses and everything.

This is the last log I got from Nero...

you have PM

-----

also......I think id start here-----> "Burn process started at 52x (7,800 KB/s)"

hehe...uhh, try it at 24 or 32 and see if it works better.

Also I would make sure "InCD" is turned off.

AND, you can increase the buffer size in Nero...I cant remember how but it is one of the things along the top like 'tools" or "options" and maybe "preferences" etc....anyway, it is usually set on 'auto" but you can set it manually..you can see what it is set on and then just add 20 or 30mg to it or something like that

Maybe try different CDR's. Some burners are picky about the brand you use.
