I did a scan ad-aware and it found 7 file. I click next and these files were put in Quarantined folder. All the files name were Auto-Quarantine. Since this folder was not delete and put into Quarantin, Do I delete them myself? What does it mean when its quarantine?

It just means they are being held in "jail"...but you can restore them if you wish.

I usually just delete everything it finds....but, if you just installed a program or something and adaware finds soemthing from it...you might would quarantine it in case the file is needed.

If this is the first time you ran adaware its not a bad idea to quarantine the stuff...in case a program quits working or something.

But I have never had any issues by deleting everything adaware finds.


After you run it the first time it usually just finds cookies from then on....unless you browse some seedy sites, lol.

This is a goverment issue ab-aware and it works different from the other i had. The other one i had did not have a quarantine folder.

It just means they are disabled but you can reenable them if you need to. It is sort of like puting them in storage in case they are needed. You can delete them after a couple of weeks if everything works ok.

it is like an accualy quarntine on a human borune virus where if its a really bad one....like ebola or something then they lock you in a room untill you die so it willnot infect other humans

i dont think there is any adaware that doesn't have quaratine
