It just means they are being held in "jail"...but you can restore them if you wish.
if they were deleted you couldnt delete them
I usually just delete everything it finds....but, if you just installed a program or something and adaware finds soemthing from it...you might would quarantine it in case the file is needed.
If this is the first time you ran adaware its not a bad idea to quarantine the stuff...in case a program quits working or something.
But I have never had any issues by deleting everything adaware finds.
After you run it the first time it usually just finds cookies from then on....unless you browse some seedy sites, lol.
