Need Help to install Windows 2K over network

I have a few computers. I bought a 3 pak of Windows 2k (from Microsoft OEM Builders Page) for 3 computers i built. the computers dont have a CD Drive and wont for a couple of weeks. I need to install the OS over the network but i dont have any OSes on them and do not want to keep swappin my CD drive around. The computers have floppy drives in them. how can i network install them?? any help is welcomed

i know one way to do this. requires the ethernet cards to support a network boot.
and requires a domain server - AD.

i have ethernet cards in all of them and a 4 port router. i dont have a domain server but i have a comp with the 2000 setup files coped to the drive
